5e elf lifespan

I had an interesting world building idea so I thought I would share it here. Elves in most settings are fairly long lived, in the 5e players handbook (Which gets this number from the forgotten realms) it's said that elves can live up to the age of 750 years old. For some people myself included this is a pain to world-build around for two reasons.
