I have QPC, and have spoke to the historian about the quests, I've done curse of the empty lord mini-quest and i'm more than positive that i've cleaned and displayed all artefacts. but im still 143/153 Kudos for varrock hard diary. I will be doing Fossils for the rest of my Kudos, but unsure where the 10 i'm missing are?
