I am a recent owner of a Steelcase Leap with the height adjustable lumbar and fancy armrests. I’m 5’6, 180lb and for the past 5 days I’ve had it, my neck and back have been killing me. I’ve followed the BTOD guide on adjusting the Leap, this video on adjusting lumbar, and of course the official Steelcase video on adjusting the chair.
