I hope you ended up buying this, the 2002-2006 V6 Camry's are bullet proof as long as you do minimal maintenance. The only issues I've found annoying are as following, 1 Engine mounts are prone to breaking (rubber housing) due to the torque it has, though you would have to be accelerating hard - often in order to do that type of damage.
