Melee is, was, and will always be bound to right shoulder button. Just had a frustrating battle where my Drifter has to fight waves of Drax but cannot heal. It didn't go well. Please fix this. Edit: I should mention that everything mentioned above worked fine before Hotfix 33.0.1 and still works fine when using a Warframe in the Undercroft.
