Place DLC pkg file onto my desktop. Transfer over pkg file to the pkg folder inside hdd0 on my PS3. Copy exData to the exData folder from my pc to PS3. Install packages on multiman to PS3 to storage device. Return to XMB and go to install from storage device and install the dlc.
