Its not spinning freely and its not the engine bogging down because of a fuel issue. You can hear that the engine is getting the fuel, the cylinder is burning it but something wont let it rotate. There are several things you can check. First, make sure that you are using fresh fuel mix (never store or use fuel mix older than 60 days in can or fuel tank).
